Things I want to see in iTunes

This list, in no particular order are some of the things I would like to see in iTunes and iPod

1. Wireless Sync
2. Ability to sync entire albums automatically
3. Ability to use album ratings on the iPod, possibly linked with the above
4. Cover flow local to the play list, rather than global
5. Better chart play lists for statistics, like media player has had for ages.
6. Playlist folders on the iPod, same as in iTunes.
7. Background tasks on the iPhone, even if limited, would be great.
8. Abillity to read and send text messages while the iPhone is docked

I want the folders that I place my play lists in to translate to the iPod
I want to be able to edit and create play lists on the iPod. The on-the-go play list is lame. I listen to music on the iPod 98% of the time which means that if I hear a song I want to add to a play list I have to remember it until I get home.
Itunes should be able to sort by the check box column.
I want the text that I type in for the filter to remain when I switch play lists.
Store all the images for a particular album in the folder where the audio resides.
